1. About Gigpage

Gigpage (gigpage.io) is a link-in-bio platform built for musicians and artists. It is operated as an independent platform based in Australia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Gigpage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

3. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Gigpage
• One person may not operate multiple free accounts

4. Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you upload to Gigpage including photos, music links, and biographical information
• By uploading content you grant Gigpage a non-exclusive licence to display that content on your public page
• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, or is otherwise unlawful
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

5. Free and Paid Plans

• The Free plan is available at no cost and includes core features as described on our pricing page
• The Pro plan is billed at A$9/month or A$90/year and provides access to additional features including theme customisation, background motion, additional tracks, shop links, custom fonts and removal of Gigpage branding
• Billing is handled securely via Stripe. Full billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• Annual subscribers receive the equivalent of 2 months free compared to monthly billing

6. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain Pro access until then
• Monthly subscribers are not entitled to partial month refunds except where required by Australian Consumer Law
• Annual subscribers who cancel within 14 days of purchase may request a full refund

7. Email Subscribers

• Gigpage collects email addresses on behalf of artists when fans subscribe on an artist's page
• These emails are stored securely and used only to send communications from that artist
• Fans may unsubscribe at any time
• Artists must not use collected emails for spam or third party marketing

8. Privacy

Your use of Gigpage is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep Gigpage available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or technical issues.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or misuse the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Gigpage is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice.
